"Central" Restaurant
The “Ristorante Centrale” (Central Restaurant) – where the generously proportioned dining rooms await you with the rich, mouthwatering buffet prepared for you on a daily basis by our chefs – is a veritable hotbed of flavours and colours.
You will find a daily selection of antipasti and you can choose from a variety of starters, main courses and side dishes, or stick to that diet by putting together your own salad from the almost infinite array of vegetables and condiments on offer.
A buffet of fruit is available both at lunch and dinner, where you will also find a wide selection of pastries.
Restaurant "Moby DIck"
The “Moby Dick” is our stunning panoramic restaurant overlooking the sea, for use by guests staying in “superior”* rooms.
Every day, our chef will serve up his specialities, which re-cast traditional dishes for the modern palate.
At lunch, you can serve yourself from the buffet or choose from a variety of starters and mains, salads and fruit, whereas at dinner you can sit back and enjoy table service.
